Sorry, have lost my cooking mojo recently and this leads to a repeat lunch recipe idea.
The brain have entered into some level of hibernation lately. #tiredtiredtired
But, this time, the kimchi soup noodle clearly taste way better than before.
And, I added in seaweed slices and filled only half of the Mason Jar with hot water.
Thus, my soup tasted more flavorful. Be generous on your kimchi portions!
